HOA Meeting Cancelations
There will be no HOA meetings in April and May. Some board members have other obligations those two months, so we will not have a quorum. Because of this, we will be holding meetings over the summer instead. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact the board through the website with any issues you may have, or if you would like to become a board member or help in any way.

Meeting Time Change
The Hidden Oaks HOA board meetings will now be held at 6:00 p.m.

New Meeting Location
The Hidden Oaks HOA meetings will now be held at the Coast Electric Building, located at 14082 Highway 49. They will still be on the second Thursday of each month, at 7:00 p.m. Homeowners and all residents are welcome to attend. We look forward to your participation and to hearing your concerns and ideas.

January Meeting
We can no longer hold our meetings at the fire station. The fire chief decided that all meetings are to be held at the central fire station downtown. Not only is that inconvenient for us, but they didn't have time for us on the schedule.
This month our meeting will be held at Albritton Accounting at 15045 Dedeaux Road. Their office closes at 7:00, so the meeting time for this month will be 6:00, and we'll be on a very tight schedule. There is also very limited parking. So if you have an issue that needs to be addressed that can wait until next month, we would appreciate it.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we're working on getting things back on track by next month's meeting.
